New handles by Windsor Architectural Hardware, who insist on style and quality

We suggest you double down by closely considering your points of contact.

Interior design thinking advises paying attention to the things we touch. Opting for elements such as light switches, upholstery, tapware or flooring made from high-quality materials is a technique that’ll have a significant effect on the appearance of your home and, importantly, your everyday experience of it.
Windsor Architectural Hardware has a new bespoke range of handles that fits firmly within this brief. Made by the Invercargill-based business from solid brass, they embody the fundamental elements of Windsor’s now internationally appreciated approach to design: ‘feel, finish and function’.

MAIN IMAGE Diamond-knurled Vertex in Matt Black. FROM TOP Diamond-knurled Vertex in Matt Satin Brass, linear-knurled Orizon in Brushed Nickel and plain Planar in Graphite Nickel.

Designed by the Kiwi product-development team, this ergonomically engineered range includes the Vertex collection with a diamond knurled texture, the Orizon collection with a linear knurled texture and the smooth-textured Planar collection. Each comes in three lengths and six colours, including two handcrafted living finishes, and can be installed vertically or horizontally, with the option of a round mounting plate. We see them looking as good on your wardrobe doors as they would your kitchen or bathroom cabinets, where they’ll be a plus for visual consistency and a tactile pleasure whenever you can get your hands on them.
