Terms and Conditions for Città $1,500 Voucher Giveaway with Homestyle

1. By entering the competition or promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
3. No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries.
4. Only one entry per person, by completing the online entry form at homestyle.co.nz, will be accepted per promotional entrant.
5. The competition is open from 6am 17/11/25 to 11:59pm 26/11/25.
6. Entry is conditional on signing up to receive Città’s regular email updates.
7. By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published across Homestyle’s and Città’s owned media channels.
8. Entrants consent to the Promoter (Homestyle) using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter including third parties may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
9. All entrant data will be collected and managed by Homestyle (The Pluto Group Limited) for the duration of the promotion. Upon completion of the competition, a CSV file containing the entrant email addresses will be securely supplied to Città Limited for the purpose of adding subscribers to its regular email database.
10. The prize will comprise one Città gift voucher valued at NZ$1,500 (including GST).
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. All prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prize.
13. Homestyle is not liable for any product, redemption, or other issues arising from the use of the Città voucher.
14. Only entries received by the closing date specified will be accepted.
15. The winner will be drawn at random by Homestyle magazine on [draw date].
16. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
17. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, The Pluto Group Limited and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize.
18. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, and the prize will only be issued to a New Zealand address. Employees of The Pluto Group Limited, Città Limited, or their associated advertising or media agencies are not eligible to enter these promotions.
